85. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON HASTINGS WAY Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Zone on Hastings Way from Hickok Trail to 150 feet west of Kuralt Drive (Both sides). 2. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Zone on Kuralt Drive from Clearview Trail/Lost Legend Drive to Hastings Way (Both sides). 3. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Zone on Noble Hawk Way from Kuralt Drive to Hastings Way (Both sides). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the Principle of Diamond Canyon Elementary School. Parents are parking their vehicles on both sides of the roadways and are causing safety issues when they walk their children across and from behind parked vehicles in front of the traveling public.
