43. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON NEW RIVER ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: 1. An All Way Stop (from a One-Way eastbound Stop) at New River Road and I 17 Frontage Road.
