68. CONTRACT WITH QUALITY TESTING, LLC FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2018-021 with Quality Testing, LLC (QT) for On-Call Construction Administration Services for TIP construction projects. This contract shall be effective for seven hundred and thirty (730) calendar days (2 years) with three (3) one-year renewal options, or until the expenditure of $2,000,000.00, whichever occurs first. Services provided under this contract are for administration, construction management, and inspection for TIP construction projects for MCDOT. The County will not receive any federal aid reimbursements for services performed under this contract. Inclusive in these services are; providing a Resident Engineer, staffing for Project Supervision, Inspection of progress and final work, Materials Sampling and Testing or coordinating these services with MCDOT staff, and Construction Staking or coordination thereof, all as detailed in the contract scope of work and itemized in each individual work assignment.
