72. AGREEMENT WITH BUCKEYE WATER CONSERVATION DRAINAGE DISTRICT TO RELOCATE IRRIGATION FACILITY Approve the Agreement between the Buckeye Water Conservation Drainage District (BWCDD) and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) for the relocation of BWCDD facilities in conflict with MCDOT roadway improvement project TT0548 MC 85 Liberty School to Cotton Lane. The estimated cost to relocate BWCDD facilities is $942,005. Funds are budgeted in Transportation System Management (TMAN) project, subproject TT0548 MC 85 Liberty School to Cotton Lane. BWCDD has prior rights on said irrigation facilities therefore MCDOT is responsible for all costs related to the construction or relocation of these facilities. The bridge widening, box culvert extensions and lateral pipe extension of the irrigation facilities are required to complete the project. Approval of this agreement will allow relocation of BWCDD facilities during the November 2018 dry-up period in advance of MCDOT roadway construction. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-19-024-M-00)
