80. GRANITE VISTA PHASE 1A STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Establish the Granite Vista Phase 1A Street Lighting Improvement District. The district’s purpose is to purchase energy for the lighting of public streets and parks within the area. A petition representing 100% of the real property owners in Granite Vista Phase 1A has been presented requesting the formation of a street lighting improvement district. Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-905(C) the Board of Supervisors may summarily order the formation of the district and a hearing is not required. The district is located in the vicinity of Cotton Lane and Northern Avenue. Supervisor District 4 (C-64-19-044-7-00)
