GRANITE VISTA PHASE 1B STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT It is recommended by the Superintendent of Streets that on this date the Board of Supervisors set a hearing for October 24, 2018, to establish the Granite Vista Phase 1B Street Lighting Improvement District. A Petition with the requisite number of signatures has been presented requesting the Establishment of the Granite Vista Phase 1B Street Lighting Improvement District. The petition meets the necessary requirements and a hearing to organize the district must be set by the Board of Supervisors. (Signature Percentage: 75% by the real property owners) The district is located in the vicinity of Cotton Lane and Northern Avenue. Supervisor District 4 (C-64-19-045-7-00)
