The Department of Transportation Director has recommended that Hermosa Vista Drive from Raven Street alignment to 76th Street, EXCEPT the areas within Raven Street alignment and 76th Street thereof; and Hermosa Vista Drive from Raven Street alignment to 76th Street, Except for those areas in Road File 5234, recorded in document 2002-0629025 and Road File 2691, recorded in docket 13904, page 621, Maricopa County Records, Maricopa County, Arizona be declared and accepted into the MCDOT road system.
