MARICOPA COUNTY MUNICIPAL WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE EASEMENT: NORTHERN PARKWAY Approve and execute a grant of Easement to Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District Number One (MWD) located within Maricopa County right of way on Northern Parkway on the east side of Sarival Avenue. The construction of Northern Parkway at Sarival Avenue required the relocation and undergrounding of MWD irrigation facilities. The original facilities were located in a MWD easement for which they had prior rights. As this project required moving the existing lines to a new location within new project right of way, a new Easement is being granted to MWD for the placement of the at grade and underground irrigation facilities.
