CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PLAN 2040 Approval of the Transportation System Plan 2040 (TSP2040) Contract with Burgess & Niple, Inc. and Fee Proposal in the amount of $2,299,423.51. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (D640) Operating fund (232) Long Range Transportation Plan (TP022). Transportation System Plan 2040 will combine multiple planning level documents into a full comprehensive transportation plan. This combination of plan will provide a better resource in decision making for developers and county staff.
