AMENDMENT TO COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH AZTEC ENGINEERING FOR COMPLETION OF DEER VALLEY ROAD PROJECT Request approval of the attached single source Competition Impracticable and the associated contract modification with Aztec Engineering for completion of the project documents and post-design services for the TT0248 Deer Valley Road project. This project will construct a bridge over the Agua Fria River to connect Williams Drive on the west to Deer Valley Road on the east, improving the street network, and widening the road to provide two lanes in each direction with center turn-lane, in partnership with the City of Peoria.
