CONTRACT TO PERFORM SCOPING ASSESSMENT STUDY SERVICES: NORTHERN PARKWAY: AGUA FRIA TO 99TH AVENUE Approve the award of Contract No. 2018-036, with Burgess & Niple, to perform scoping assessment study services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, MAG ALCP Project sub-project No. TT0600, Northern Parkway – Agua Fria River to 99th Avenue Scoping Assessment, for a sum not-to-exceed two million seventeen thousand two hundred thirty-seven dollars ($2,017,237).
