55. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON NEW RIVER ROAD Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: 1. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Zone on New River Road from the cattle guard (Arizona Department of Transportation Right-of-Way) east of the northbound Interstate 17 off-ramp/on-ramp to Interstate 17 Frontage Road. This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the area residents. Vehicles are parked on Maricopa County right-of-way causing safety concerns to all using this section of road. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
