52. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 129TH AVENUE FROM FLEETWOOD LANE Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Zone on 129th Avenue from Fleetwood Lane to Glendale Avenue (West Side Only). 2. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Zone on 129th Avenue from Ocotillo Road to Glendale Avenue (East Side Only). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the area residents. Vehicles are parked on Maricopa County right-of-way causing safety concerns to all using this section of road. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
