BILL OF SALE FOR QUEEN CREEK DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ASSETS Approve the Bill of Sale between Maricopa County and the Town of Queen Creek for the sale of the assets of the Queen Creek Domestic Water Improvement District of Maricopa County (QC Improvement District). On January 30, 2019, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, which is also the board of directors for the QC Improvement District, passed Resolution C-64-19-104-7-00 dissolving the QC Improvement District. As part of dissolving the QC Improvement District, Maricopa County may transfer all assets of the dissolved QC Improvement District to the Town of Queen Creek.
