CONTRACT TO PERFORM FINAL DESIGN SERVICES - NORTHERN PARKWAY: EL MIRAGE ALTERNATIVE ACCESS Approve the award of Contract No. 2018-037, with EPS Group, Inc., to perform final design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project Number. TT0498, Northern Parkway – El Mirage Alternative Access, for a sum not-to-exceed six hundred sixty thousand, six hundred ninety-two dollars ($660,692). The Contract completion date shall be one thousand two hundred seventy-five (1275) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued.
