CONTRACT WITH WSP USA INC FOR SCOPING ASSESSMENT STUDY SERVICES: TONTO HILLS LOW VOLUME ROADS Approve the award of Contract with WSP USA Inc., to perform scoping assessment study services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project No. TT0609, Tonto Hills Low Volume Roads Scoping Assessment, for a sum not-to-exceed five hundred and sixteen thousands three hundred eighty-nine dollars ($516,389). The Contract completion date shall be three hundred thirty (330) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued.
