51. ROAD VACATE: ROAD FILE NO. AB-321 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7215(B), adopt Resolution AB-321 to vacate the interior roads within Patton Place Estates, Unit 5 as recorded in Book 737 of Maps, Page 25, which were dedicated to the “public” in the plat, to the Patton Place Estates Unit 5 Community Association, Inc. The roads in the subdivision are public roads held in trust by Maricopa County that are not maintained by MCDOT and are not in the Maricopa County Roadway System. It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to vacate the roads within Patton Place Estates, Unit 5, to the Patton Place Estates Unit 5 Community Association, Inc., Road File No. AB-321.
