TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT Approve and execute a Traffic Signal Installation and Maintenance Easement (TSIME) with Banner Health, LLC, an Arizona non-profit corporation, Sun Health Properties, Inc., and HTC-SC Boswell West, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at Thunderbird Boulevard & 105th Avenue. The easement will allow the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) to perform all future operations and maintenance of the signal and apprudences to the signal that are currently located outside of County right of way.
