55. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT FREEDOM WAY Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: 1. An All Way Stop (from a One-Way eastbound Stop) at Freedom Way and Whitman Drive This traffic control change is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by MCDOT at the request of the parents of the children that attend Anthem Elementary School. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multi-way stop. Supervisory District No. 3 (C-64-19-157-M-00)
