39. CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR FINAL DESIGN: EAGLE EYE ROAD AT TIGER WASH Approve the award of Contract No. 2018-054, with Kimley Horn, to perform Final Design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Traffic Management Project sub-project No.TT0412, Eagle Eye Road at Tiger Wash final design, for a sum not-to-exceed five hundred nine thousand five hundred sixty-six dollars ($509,566). The Contract completion date shall be one thousand seventy-six (1,076) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The CONSULTANT is to complete the final design according to MCDOT’s Roadway Design Manual (RDM), Project Development Manual (PDM) and other relevant design documents, providing 60%, 95%, 100% & Sealed Plans, specifications, and estimate.
