SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) POWER DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT: RIGGS ROAD BETWEEN POWER ROAD AND HAWES ROAD Approve and execute a Power Distribution Easement to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) located within Maricopa County right of way on Riggs Road between Power Road and Hawes Road. The construction of Riggs Road between Power Road and Hawes Road required the relocation and undergrounding of SRP overhead power lines using the SRP Aesthetic Funds program. The existing lines were located in a SRP easement for which they have prior rights. As this is a conversion from overhead power to underground power within new County right of way, a new Power Distribution Easement is being granted to SRP for the placement of the underground lines.
