Pursuant to provisions in A.R.S. §11-251.16, Maricopa County Ordinance No. P-34 and Maricopa County Department of Transportation Procedure # P5203, a NOTICE of the hearing by certified mail shall be sent to the applicant and all abutting property owners no less than 60 days prior to the hearing date. Therefore the date set for the hearing shall be the first board meeting no less than 60 days from the date the Board sets the hearing.
