65. RESCIND TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON FREEDOM WAY Rescind existing traffic controls (Designated School Crossing) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: 1. A DESIGNATED SCHOOL CROSSING on Freedom Way 10 feet north of Whitman Drive (This rescinds the Designated School Crossing dated July 26, 2000) This agenda item is the result of an agreement between the Deer Valley Unified School District Superintendent, the Principal of Anthem Elementary School and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation to remove the existing Designated School Crossing and install a Multi-Way Stop at this intersection.
