66. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT COLBY STREET AND 54TH STREET Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: 1. An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east/west Stop) at Colby Street and 54th Street (This partially rescinds the 54th Street Through Street resolution dated May 26, 1964). This traffic control change is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by MCDOT at the request of the residents. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multi-way stop. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-19-181-M-00)
