119. CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve the Consultant Services Contract No. 2018-053 with Tristar Engineering & Management, Inc., in the amount not-to-exceed $2,835,171 for Construction Administration Services for MCDOT MAG ALCP (ALCP), Deer Valley Road: El Mirage Road to 109th Avenue, Project No. TT0248. Widen and extend Deer Valley Road and Williams Drive across the Agua Fria River from 109th Ave to El Mirage Rd. Includes 2.5 miles of five lane asphalt rubber paved road, storm drain system, drainage basins, embankment protection, retaining wall, box culvert, bridges, concrete barrier, traffic signal, construction of two new roundabouts at Williams Dr. /117th Ave. and at Deer Valley Rd/109th Ave. landscaping and irrigation.
