AB-322 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-322 to abandon a portion of 491st Avenue in the vicinity of Thomas Road by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on March 8, 1977 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 12154, page 911 and by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on July 27, 2001 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 2001-0679515 and by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on July 27, 2001 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument no. 2001-0679516.
