60. PORTION OF PARCEL AS EXCESS FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF GOODYEAR Approve a portion of the parcel as excess for sale to the City of Goodyear. MCDOT acquired this parcel through condemnation action as a part of the MC85 project. This remnant parcel is no longer needed for roadway, however, a portion of the parcel is retained for drainage (basin). The eastern-most edge of this parcel runs parallel to Goodyear-owned land that they are using for waste-water pipes, etc. to support their waste-water facility being built south of this area. They would like to purchase the section of the parcel to run the surface/clean water pipelines. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-20-049-M-00)
