CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT CLOUD ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east / west Stop) at Cloud Road and 24th Street. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on 24th Street dated November 6, 1989). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by MCDOT.
