CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT SOUTHERN AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east / west Stop) at Southern Avenue and Perryville Road. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on Perryville Road dated October 25, 1937). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by MCDOT.
