37. VERIZON WIRELESS IN-BUILDING AGREEMENT Approve the In-Building Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County), the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless) to allow Verizon Wireless to install, operate, and maintain radio distribution or regeneration equipment, including repeaters, amplifiers, base station equipment, antennas and associated network devices (In-Building Equipment) on County and District properties located at 2901 and 2801 West Durango Street, respectively. There is no cost to the County or District under this Agreement. This license Agreement will allow Verizon Wireless, at its sole cost and expense, to install, operate, and maintain In-Building Equipment on County and District property to improve and enhance cell phone reception within the County and District properties. The term of the agreement is defined as that period of time when County and District occupies the space which is the subject of this Agreement and continues to utilize the Verizon Wireless services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and any amendments thereto, and will terminate upon discontinuance of those conditions. The license may be terminated pursuant to A.R.S. §38-511. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisory District 5. (C-64-20-055-M-00)
