66. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON BUCKEYE ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. A 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Buckeye Road from 355th Avenue to .65 miles east of 355th Avenue (This partially rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zone dated June 11, 2014). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the Superintendent of Saddle Mountain Unified School District #90 to investigate speeding concerns on Buckeye Rd in front of Winters’ Well Elementary School.
