107. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON COTTON LANE Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: 1. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Cotton Lane from Camelback Road to Peoria Avenue. (This fully rescinds the 50 MPH SHEED LIMIT ZONE dated April 20, 2005 and fully rescinds the 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE dated January 14, 1974.)
