VIDEO SERVICE PROVIDER LICENSING Approve the Resolution, License Agreement, Application and Affidavit to conform with the recent Federal Communications Commission, Arizona’s laws and Agency policies related to cable/video providers. The State of Arizona House of Representatives, Fifty-fourth Legislature introduced HB 2229 in the First Regular Session of 2019. Appropriate revisions were made in an effort to standardize the process of securing Video Service License Agreements from State, County and Local Agencies.
