QUIT CLAIM DEED AND AN ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF GOODYEAR Approve and execute a Quit Claim Deed (Deed) and an Assignment of Easements (Assignment) from Maricopa County to the City of Goodyear. These documents identify roadway rights of way that were obtained by Maricopa County as part of Project No. 12400 Litchfield Road in 1974. The City of Goodyear annexed the portion of Litchfield Road that included the land rights that are the subject of the Deed and Assignment in 1978; however, Goodyear has requested that the County transfer these specific land rights via document as well so that the title will vest in the City’s name in the public record.
