37. TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH JEN ARIZONA 28 LLC Approve the attached agreement detailing the financial contribution from JEN Arizona 28 LLC (JEN) regarding “The Landings,” a proposed subdivision, for a possible future traffic signal at the intersection of 195th Avenue and Camelback Road. Based upon the results of a Traffic Impact Study (TIS), JEN is agreeing to contribute up to $135,000 (approximately one quarter), of the total cost of a future traffic signal, if warrants are meant for the traffic signal, and they are so notified, by December 31, 2025. If warranted, Maricopa County, through the Department of Transportation, will own, operate and maintain the traffic signal. If warranted, additional funding for the design, construction and operation of the traffic signal will be included in future MCDOT budgets. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-20-101-M-00)
