40. BID AND AWARD FOR ROADWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Transportation System Management project. This roadway rehabilitation project FY19 ARAC - NE ARTERIALS, will include a 1.5 inch asphalt overlay along 6.37 miles of Bartlett Dam Road and 0.65 miles along Cave Creek Road; replacement of guardrail to current MASH standards; localized drainage improvements and related signing and pavement marking. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (D640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) System Preservation and Reconstruction (SPAR) Project, Sub-Project TT0597.
