61. ROAD FILE NO. 4276-R Set a hearing for March 11, 2020 Road File No. 4276-R to alter Road File No. 4276 by removing a portion of San Tan Boulevard which is a private street. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701(A) and (B), 6705(A) and 11-822(C), it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignments into the County Transportation System: Road File No. 4276-R. Legal description identified as Exhibit "A", is attached. (General Vicinity: San Tan Boulevard and Alma School Road. Supervisor District No. 1) (C-64-20-124-M-00)
