48. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON RAY ROAD AT TUTHILL ROAD Approve new traffic controls (Stop Signs) on unincorporated right of way at the following location. 1. A TWO-WAY STOP on Ray Road at Tuthill Road for eastbound and westbound traffic. (This rescinds the Two-Way Stop on Tuthill Road at Ray Road for north and southbound traffic dated November 13, 1984.)
