48. AMENDMENT TO STATE LAND DEPARTMENT RIGHT-OF-WAY LEASE Approve and sign the two (2) original amendments to State Land right of way lease no. 16-92563. The right of way lease was amended to reflect the remaining right of way assigned to Maricopa County after a portion of the leased right of way was assigned to the City of Surprise. The Arizona State Land Department requires that the County follow their administrative rules and regulations in the transfer of state trust property rights, by having Maricopa County execute the amended right of way lease reflecting the County’s remaining interest in State Land RW Lease No. 1692563, located in Section 36, T5N, R2W, on 163rd Avenue between W. Jomax Rd. and W. Dynamite Blvd. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-20-143-M-00)
