59. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT RAY ROAD AND TUTHILL ROAD Approve change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right of way at the following location. 1. An All Way STOP (from a Two Way east / west Stop) at Ray Road and Tuthill Road. (This rescinds the Two-Way Stop on Tuthill Road at Ray Road for north and southbound traffic dated November 13, 1984.) Current traffic volumes, accident records, sight distance, the wash on Tuthill Road south of Ray Road and vehicles travelling at high rates of speed it was determined that warrants were met for an all way stop.
