AB-326 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-326 to abandon a portion of an Easement in the vicinity of Glendale Avenue and 137th Avenue by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement for Highway purposes on June 9th 1965 and on September 13, 1967 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 5585, Page 550 and in Docket 6741, page 566 and 567.
