85. IGA WITH THE CITY OF GLENDALE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF ROADWAYS Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and City of Glendale for the Exchange of Roadways. In an effort to ensure smooth traffic operations for the travelling public, the County and City have identified multiple roadways where operation and maintenance by one Party is favorable over another. This Agreement identifies these roadways and defines the responsibilities for of the Parties. The exchange of the roadways identified in the IGA will result in no financial impact to the County.
