104. CONDITIONAL COUNTY ROAD ABANDONMENT: AB-327 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-327 (Resolution) to conditionally abandon a portion of an unnamed 40 foot wide road, described and depicted on Exhibit “A’ attached hereto and made a part hereof in the vicinity of Johnson Road and Caldwell Street, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Subdivision Plat on August 6, 1928 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Unit Two Roosevelt Citrus Acres recorded in Book 19 of Maps, page 31, and authorize execution of a Quit Claim Deed approved by counsel to the applicant once the conditions have been satisfied. Application to abandon the County roadway has been made by the property owner of the lots abutting the roadway. The objections received during the request for comments are being addressed in the conditions set forth in the Resolution. In addition, the Department of Transportation has determined that the roadway is not needed for a current or future roadway. General Vicinity: Johnson Road and Caldwell Street and known as Assessor parcel 401-19-034 and 401-19-049, Supervisor District 4. (C-64-21-018-X-00)
