AGREEMENT WITH ANTHEM COMMUNITY COUNCIL FOR MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN MARICOPA COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY Approve the Maricopa County and Anthem Community Council Agreement Maintenance Responsibilities within Maricopa County Right-Of-Way Intergovernmental Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to supersede the prior agreements and to identify the maintenance responsibilities to be performed by the County and the Council within the County right-of-way in the unincorporated area of Anthem. This Agreement provides for the sharing of some maintenance responsibilities to minimize County expenditures and enhance the appearance and safety of the Anthem Community.
