BID AND AWARD FOR ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: MCKELLIPS RD. - SR 101 TO ALMA SCHOOL Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Transportation System Management project. This roadway project will consist of the construction of new asphalt pavement, concrete curb, sidewalk, drainage structures, retention basins, traffic signals, relocation of public and private irrigation facilities and new signing and pavement markings. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
