A 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Pinnacle Peak Road from 91st Avenue to 87th Avenue. (This rescinds the 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE dated April 17, 1989).
