82. ROAD FILE NO. 1730-R Set a hearing for January 13, 2021 for Road File No. 1730-R to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. Legal description is attached and identified as Exhibit "A.” It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors alter the existing Road File No.1730 to eliminate the Val Vista Drive to Higley Road portion which has been annexed and also revise the remaining Higley Road to Power Road portion, to reflect existing right of way and additional area required for New road Project TT0612 – (University Drive ADA Improvements) by declaring the revised alignment into the County Transportation System: Road File No. 1730-R.
