IGA WITH THE FLOOD CONTROL OF MARICOPA COUNTY FOR THE MUTUAL WAIVER OF RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT AND PLAN REVIEW FEES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) to provide for the mutual waiver of Right-of-Way Permit and Plan Review Fees. The purpose of this IGA is to identify and define the responsibilities of the County and District for implementing a reciprocal agreement to waive permit and plan review fees, where one agency requires work in the other agency’s right-of-way. The IGA shall become effective upon both governing bodies’ approval and remain in full force and effect until all stipulations are met. The IGA may be amended by the Parties at any time.
