BID AND AWARD FOR PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF BASELINE ROAD AT MERIDIAN ROAD Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Transportation System Management project. The work consists of pavement rehabilitation at the intersection, and extending 1,400 feet north on Meridian Rd. Traffic signals will be installed on all three (3) legs of this tee intersection. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
