AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SRP IRRIGATION FACILITIES FOR MC85: 91ST AVENUE TO 95TH AVENUE Approve the Agreement for Construction of SRP Facilities between Salt River Project (SRP) and Maricopa County for the relocation of the irrigation facilities in conflict with the MCDOT Roadway Improvement Project TT0651, MC85: 91st Avenue to 95th Avenue. The estimated cost to relocate the irrigation delivery facilities is $3,154,847.00. Funds are budgeted in Transportation System Management (TMAN) project, Sub-Project TT0651 MC85: MC85: 91st Avenue to 95th Avenue. All property owners, farmers and developers have been included in the coordination of this work. All of the work to relocate the irrigation delivery facilities is necessary for the road work to occur, therefore MCDOT is responsible for all costs related to the design, construction and relocation of these facilities. Approval of this agreement will allow relocation of the irrigation facilities to be relocated in advance of MCDOT roadway construction. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-21-105-X-00)
